Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• A heart to serve, not just a head full of knowledge
• Ability to invest in and complete a 3-month training program
• Confidence to coach individuals and couples (virtually and in-person)
• Any unique skills in different areas (finance, health, etc) that could enhance your offering
• Availability to travel with the team for select tour dates
• Teachability and the desire to learn the MAPS methodology. (No prior counseling certification or degree required)
