Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls; respond to emails and other communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with billing, time entry, and invoicing support for the accounting team
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support event planning and internal team communications
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency
You should have most of the following:
  • Several years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Prior experience in a professional services or accounting firm environment is a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
