Job Description

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

We're seeking a driven and meticulous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Implement and monitor effective inventory management techniques to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure safety and efficiency in all warehouse activities.
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
  • Manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
  • Use associated WMS to optimize picking and storage processes and maintain real-time data.
  • Handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficient space utilization and compliance with all shipping regulations.
  • Develop expertise in LTL shipping strategies to optimize freight movements and costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices, including detailed knowledge of WMS.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience with WMS software and databases.
  • Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound LTL shipments.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
