What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee all daily branch operations, from cash handling and compliance to customer service and staffing
🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
🔹 Deliver a refined, relationship-based banking experience to both personal and business clients
🔹 Ensure strict compliance with regulations (BSA/AML, KYC, privacy laws, etc.)
🔹 Identify client needs and match them with tailored financial solutions
🔹 Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and discretion
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Experience leading teams in a retail banking environment
✅ Strong understanding of banking regulations, operational best practices, and financial product knowledge
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✅ Attention to detail and high standards of customer service
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking platforms
✅ (Bonus) Familiarity with Jack Henry systems: Silverlake, Synergy, 4Sight, Xperience, OnBoard
