Job Description

Position: Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced training professional to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our overseas training system. This role will drive the localization of global training strategies to ensure effective execution and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Overseas Training System Development & Optimization

  • Build training frameworks tailored to overseas market characteristics, aligned with local business needs and culture.
  • Develop training strategies covering course design, delivery methods, and evaluation mechanisms to enhance training effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Continuously refine and standardize training processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and replicability.

Training System Implementation & Operations

  • Lead the selection, deployment, and promotion of overseas training systems, driving the adoption of digital learning tools.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of training systems with existing business platforms.
  • Deliver system training and provide technical support to enhance user experience and learning efficiency.

Training Program Design & Delivery

  • Design training programs that meet the specific needs of overseas markets, including online, offline, and blended learning solutions.
  • Oversee program execution to ensure quality, while fostering strong engagement from business departments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, generate regular data analysis reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Cross-Cultural Communication & Localization

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of overseas markets to adapt and localize training frameworks.
  • Establish effective communication channels with global and local teams to ensure training objectives align with corporate strategy.
  • Promote diverse learning approaches to accommodate cultural differences and maximize training impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–8 years of training experience, with at least 3 years in overseas training system development or training system implementation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of training framework design methodologies.
  • Proven ability in course development and project management.
  • Proficient in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and mainstream training tools, with a track record of driving digital learning adoption.
  • Strong adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to upgrade training systems in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.

Cross-Cultural Communication:

  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between global and local teams.
  • Previous international assignment or execution experience, with flexibility to travel abroad for short-term projects.

Language Skills: Excellent English and Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written), capable of conducting business communication and delivering training sessions.
