Position Overview

As our Store & Event Manager, you're more than just a leader, you’re the face of Christina Greene! You’ll be responsible for running our boutique like it’s your own, building authentic customer relationships, planning in-store and off-site events, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a passionate team. If you're a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has an eye for style and storytelling, we’d love to meet you.

Lead the Store

  • Manage daily operations, sales goals, inventory, and merchandising.
  • Own the boutique's P&L and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the store always looks polished and ready for the next social post or walk-in guest.
  • Build & Inspire Your Team
  • Hire, train, and mentor a dynamic team of sales associates.
  • Create clear goals and hold your team accountable while keeping morale high.
  • Champion team bonding and professional development.

Plan Events & Build Brand Visibility

  • Lead all in-store events, from seasonal trunk shows and sip & shops to exclusive shopping experiences.
  • Coordinate and represent the brand at external events such as luncheons, charity galas, holiday markets, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Nutcracker Market, and other high-profile activations.
  • Collaborate with local influencers, community partners, and media contacts to drive traffic and increase brand recognition.
  • Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
  • Be prepared to travel occasionally for key events, pop-ups, or out-of-town brand opportunities.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador
  • Represent the Christina Greene brand inside and outside of the store.
  • Cultivate relationships with nonprofit organizations, local businesses, and media outlets.
  • Actively participate in community outreach to grow our loyal customer base.

Who You Are

  • A natural leader with at least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Passionate about fashion, style, and creating elevated shopping experiences.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces.
  • Confident in driving sales, interpreting KPIs, and making smart business decisions.
  • Comfortable leading events and building partnerships that align with our brand.
  • Someone who thrives on connection, creativity, and a little sparkle.
  • Provide creative content to be used in marketing campaigns including social media and website

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and move for up to 6 hours per shift.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Endear, or similar retail systems
  • A strong local network or influencer connections
  • Visual merchandising experience or event planning background
  • A love for turquoise
