Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Sports Performance Coach at 4D Training Center and 4D Hockey, located in Madison Heights, MI. The Sports Performance Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the athletes, overseeing strength and conditioning sessions, and providing coaching to enhance athletic performance. Daily tasks include conducting fitness assessments, devising workout plans tailored to individual and team needs, monitoring athletes' progress, and ensuring proper recovery protocols. The role also involves collaborating with other coaches and medical staff to optimize the athletes' health and performance.
