Remote Chess Academy (RCA) is one of the worldâs leading online platforms for chess improvement. Founded by Grandmaster Igor Smirnov, we help thousands of students around the globe sharpen their chess skills through structured video courses and expert-led training.
Weâre seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to grow RCAâs online presence and engage the global chess community. Youâll be the voice and face of RCA across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and more â crafting high-impact content and managing our social channels with clarity and precision.
Content Creation â Develop platform-specific posts for Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Includes video editing as needed.
Publishing & Scheduling â Maintain and manage a content calendar for timely posting.
Community Engagement â Respond to comments and DMs to build a strong connection with followers.
Trend Awareness â Stay current on social trends and apply them creatively to our content.
Performance Tracking â Monitor analytics and adapt strategies for better reach and engagement.
Collaboration â Work with RCAâs team to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas.
Platform Optimization â Tailor content to suit algorithms and viewer preferences on each platform.
3+ years experience in content creation or social media management.
Strong understanding of platform tools, trends, and best practices.
A proactive mindset and willingness to grow with a long-term team.
Familiarity with chess â you donât need to be a master, but you should understand basic terms and concepts.
