At CMC, we deliver expert solutions to clients operating in Transmission & Distribution Engineering. As we expand our U.S. presence, we’re looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of consultants in our Dallas office.

The Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of Delivery Consultants responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing technical experts who support our clients' most critical projects. Your focus will be driving speed, quality, and consistency in candidate delivery while developing and scaling your team.

This role is ideal for someone who is both process-driven and passionate about people and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale a team of 8 growing to 20+ consultants focused on expert delivery to our Account Managers projects
  • Drive timely and high-quality submissions of candidates (5 CVs within 72 hours for live roles)
  • Oversee the full candidate lifecycle – from qualification through onboarding – through monitoring calls and continually checking in with each consultant’s pipeline
  • Take ownership of the NPS scores of our experts, continuously improving experience and satisfaction
  • Guide consultants in building and maintaining their “CMC Verified Expert Benches” and on-going relationships with their experts with a regional and vertical market focus.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Managers to align delivery with client needs
  • Lead by example with a balance of performance, accountability and positive team culture

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years in a delivery leadership role (industry agnostic) – ideally leading teams of 4+ individuals
  • Proven success in both candidate delivery and team management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and scale a high-performing team
  • Ability to manage delivery metrics (speed, quality, engagement) with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Highly goal-oriented and energized by team and individual success
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment is a plus
