Summary
Are you a dedicated real estate enthusiast eager to make a significant impact in the vibrant world of property sales? HouzAZ & Associates is seeking a Real Estate Showing Assistant who is enthusiastic about honing their skills in analytics, negotiation, and property scouting. In today's fast-paced market, possessing exceptional abilities and effectively communicating value to buyers is essential for thriving in the ever-changing real estate environment.
A valid Arizona real estate license is required to join our team, but it is not necessary to apply.
Our office is located at 17235 N 75th Ave, Suite C115, Glendale, AZ
Responsibilities
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Track tasks and activities in using our state-of-the-art CRM system
Qualifications
