Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of financial software initiatives— from initial concept to final deployment. You will work closely with MEA's Install & Implementation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for financial software products.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into technical plans.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements such as SOC 2 and other financial compliance standards.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), go-live planning, and post-launch evaluations.
  • Manage client communications and expectations when applicable.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project management experience in a financial technology or software development environment.
  • Familiarity with financial services workflows, APIs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
