Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support our Product Development Department in the creation, launch, and maintenance of new and existing products. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines across departments, maintaining accurate product data, facilitating meetings, and assisting with overseas sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-departmental project timelines to ensure alignment on deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Manage the new item setup process in internal systems, including accurate data entry and validation.
  • Maintain and verify Universal Product Codes (UPCs) and GTINs to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Oversee and update master product specification sheets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain Excel-based pricing master to reflect up-to-date internal and external pricing changes.
  • Calculate and validate landed costs for products, considering freight, duties, tariffs, and other applicable fees.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on product, pricing, and cost data.
  • Organize and facilitate product development meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking of action items to completion.
  • Provide administrative coordination and data insights to support cross-functional projects and product launches.
  • Assist with overseas sourcing activities, including communication with suppliers, sample coordination, and production timeline tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP systems and product data management platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, product development support, or overseas sourcing is preferred.

Full-Time | Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000/year based on experience
