Job Description

Our client, a multi-billion dollar consumer products company, is looking to bring someone on their team as a Plant Manager. This position will be balancing managing a team and the day-to-day production on the floor. The ideal candidate has an industrial engineering or mechanical engineering background with plant leadership experience.
Plant Manager Responsibilities
Managing a team of 100+ employees and their day to day operations on the floor
Scheduling and overseeing the daily operations on the floor of the production plant
Creating new processes and KPIs to make the team and current processes in place more efficient
Plant Manager Requirements
10+ years of experience in people management
Previously created KPIs to measure processes or people performance
