Payroll Systems Administrator
Pay Rate: 28.00 - 35.00 per hour
This will be a hybrid role with three days in the office
6 months to start
The Payroll Systems Administrator is responsible for administering the payroll process in coordination with the Payroll Analysts and Payroll Specialists. The role ensures timely execution of payroll submission and accurate completion of payroll processes impacting Payroll Tax, Finance, and Treasury.
Job Responsibilities
• Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in administrative services related to payroll preparation and submission. • Engages in LEAN process improvement activities, continuously seeking training and development opportunities, proposing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. • Responds promptly to external and internal information requests, supports report delivery within scope. • Maintains accurate records for use across multiple teams
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education High School Diploma, Vocational training/ bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.
System Experience ADP Globalview
Work Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll processing using ADP Globalview (opening/closing payroll cycles, processing off cycle pay, running required processes for payroll submission and general ledger activities)

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education High School Diploma, Vocational training/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.
Work Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
