We are seeking an On-Site AV Service Specialist.

Work Day:

  • AV/Technical knowledge of current conference room and event technology (Crestron, Digital Signal Processors)
  • Preventative maintenance each day.
  • Manage audio visual system triage.
  • Ability to perform basic AV system setup.
  • Identify larger issues, initiating and managing the process of repair tickets with any AV Service Provider currently under contract.
  • Initiate and track service tickets with TRITECH service when the problems eclipse the technician’s abilities.
  • Testing of each individual piece of equipment ensures equipment is set to factory specifications to obtain optimum performance report system problems immediately including solutions and/or recommendations.
  • Support room meeting and presentations.
  • Connect video conference calls as needed.
  • Ensure video or PC is properly displayed.
  • Replace A/V consumables, as necessary.
  • Ensure the media is properly viewed.
  • Adjust and clean fixed and AV equipment per manufacturer’s recommendations.

  • Provisioning, profiling a MTR room setup stage on banks network and assigning Teams account and password under the banks protocols.
  • Testing and ensuring audio and video works before client use.
  • Configure Microsoft Team Rooms (MTR) like Crestron Flex, UC-engine, Camera and audio by providing network request to assign IP address and profiled to Banks network for configuration.
  • Configure Poly x30 and X50 to the proper VLAN to be profiled on banks network.
  • Isolate complex issues during troubleshooting and using the OSI model concept to diagnose problems.
  • Must have knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Crestron Toolbox, DSPs, configuring DSPs , and codecs.
  • Understanding The layers of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model encapsulating every type of network communication across both software and hardware components.
  • Using the OSI strategy model design, Identifying two standalone systems to communicate via standardized interfaces or protocols based on the current layer of operation.
  • RMA defective devices or equipment so when noticed during the troubleshooting process. Troubleshooting any Bank related Incident or Tasks assigned.
  • Resolving difficult and complex issues on timely manner, documenting, monitoring in ServiceNow platform and resolve all client needs at location.
