About the Role:

Personalized Treatment Planning: Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and objectives, ensuring a tailored approach to care.
Therapeutic Interventions: Providing individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive change.
Crisis Management: Offering crisis intervention services when needed, providing immediate support and guidance during challenging times.
Ongoing Support and Follow-Up: Regularly reassessing client progress and providing appropriate follow-up care, ensuring continuity of support.
Community Resource Navigation: Connecting clients and their families with relevant community services and specialists as needed.
Detailed Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment, adhering to professional standards.
Professional Development: Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in psychotherapy, with a focus on financial psychology and couples therapy.
Collaborative Consultation: Participating in individual and group consultations to enhance clinical skills and foster professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Pay: Earn $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, based on your experience and caseload capacity.
Part-Time Flexibility: Part-time employment with a minimum requirement of 12 clients per week.
Flexible Scheduling: Availability for day, evening, and weekend sessions to accommodate diverse client needs.

Qualifications:

Required:
Active LMSW license in the state of New York or New Jersey.
1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients.
NPI number and active CAQH account.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Interest or experience in financial therapy and/or couples counseling.
Post-master's training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman, IFS, ERP, or similar modalities.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
