Our work combines thoughtful storytelling, high performance, and strong partnerships with clients who value meaningful design and lasting results.

We are currently seeking an Interior Design Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity, enjoys team collaboration and is passionate about delivering excellence through process, communication, and accountability. In this role, you will lead and manage multiple projects from concept through installation, ensuring that each project stays on schedule, on budget, and aligned with design intent. You will serve as the primary liaison between the client, internal design team, consultants, and contractors, and you will be responsible for establishing structure, driving timelines, and proactively solving problems as they arise.

Raegan Ford Design has been recognized for the second year in a row as one of the  Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies in America. Come join our growing team and help shape the future of our firm!

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of 20-25 interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful delivery across all phases—including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, logistics, installations, and vendor coordination.
  • Define and maintain clear project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure accountability across all stakeholders—holding both the design team and client to deadlines and key milestones.
  • Partner closely with the design team and purchasing coordinator to address client concerns, resolve product issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle—building lasting relationships and ensuring every detail is considered.
  • Provide proactive and consistent communication to clients, internal teams, vendors, and leadership, keeping all parties aligned on status, timelines, and next steps.
  • Generate project reports, including monthly profit projections, budget reconciliation, and insights for improving efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal project processes and workflows to continually elevate client service and team performance.
  • Oversee and coordinate smooth, on-time installations with clients and vendors.
  • Manage project tools including Monday.com, OneDrive, and Excel to maintain accurate records of ordering, invoicing, proposals, and timelines.
  • Lead internal weekly traffic and installation meetings to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up and manage detailed project calendars and timelines to keep everything running on track.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Experience managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experienced in project coordination for new construction, renovations, and FF&E implementation from concept through installation
  • Skilled at holding internal teams and external partners accountable to project deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track
  • Familiarity with both commercial and high-end residential design standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of the design process, including construction documentation, procurement, and logistics
  • AutoCAD knowledge a plus
  • Ability to lead internal meetings
  • Generate profit reports
  • Manage installation logistics
  • Maintain project documentation and invoicing systems (Monday.com, OneDrive, Excel)
  • Familiarity with both commercial and residential project types.
  • Experience in Greek housing and multi-family housing a plus

We offer a competitive salary, PTO, and full medical benefits in a friendly, collaborative environment.
