They will oversee and support the company's helpdesk to ensure adequate support to the business between 7am and 6 pm.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing IT systems, policies, and procedures to enhance technological capabilities. Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems is paramount, as is preserving assets, information security, and control structures. The role involves working with firewalls (Palo Alto) and Cisco switches.
This person will plan and lead all IT functions across the site, ensuring data security, network access, and backup systems. They will also manage IT managed service providers (MSPs) to meet the organization's needs effectively.
