Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner focused on Automation products, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog management for automation initiatives—spanning RPA, JIRA, workflow orchestration, test automation, and API-driven process automation. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver solutions that reduce manual effort, mitigate risk, and improve service quality. Create clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, and user stories. Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups to illustrate requirements visually.
