Now Hiring: Field Contracts Administrator Specialist – Heavy Industrial Construction

We are seeking a Field Contracts Administrator Specialist to support a major construction project in , LA . This is a critical, on-site role with end-to-end responsibility for contract formation, management, and close-out.

If you have extensive experience in contract administration for heavy industrial or EPC projects , and are highly organized with strong communication skills — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full contract lifecycle: RFP issuance, bid evaluation, award, administration, change orders, invoicing, and close-out
• Collaborate with contractors, the construction management team, and project owners
• Assist in developing Scopes of Work (SOW) and assembling complete RFP packages
• Lead pre-bid meetings, contractor onboarding, and contract kick-off sessions
• Monitor contract compliance, performance, and documentation in the field
• Review, process, and track contractor invoices and change orders
• Maintain accurate contract records, logs, and supporting documentation
• Conduct job walks and coordinate with field personnel to validate contract details

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Experience:

• Extensive contract/subcontract administration experience in a heavy industrial construction setting
• Proven background managing scopes of work, RFPs, bid packages, and subcontractor performance
• Strong working knowledge of commercial/legal contract documents
• Field experience, including job walks and contractor interactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
