Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Near Vinings, GA (Hybrid, 2-3 days Per Week)

This is an opportunity to be the operational backbone for the CEO of a mission-driven, PE-backed company at its breakout moment. NPHub is solving a critical challenge in healthcare. Fresh off a $20 million growth investment and with three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list, we are scaling rapidly. Our CEO needs a true partner in execution—someone who creates order, anticipates needs, and operates as a seamless extension of the executive office through meticulous organization and planning.
While you will masterfully manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities, your role goes deeper. You will be the architect of the systems that drive the business's cadence. While you will document key meetings, your true impact will be in tracking the execution of our strategic priorities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role is for someone who thrives on building the organizational foundation that allows a company to scale

Your core mission is to bring calm, order, and efficiency to the executive office, enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness. You will be the trusted operational hub, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution by creating and maintaining robust systems. **What You'll Own & Achieve:**
1. Flawless Executive Operations & Planning
--> Master the CEO’s calendar and communications, acting as a strategic gatekeeper to protect their time. This includes meticulous scheduling, coordinating travel, and managing expenses.
--> Drive the operating cadence of the leadership team by managing logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for daily check-ins, weekly leadership meetings, and quarterly planning sessions.
--> Own key projects from concept to completion—from planning our annual leadership offsite to coordinating logistics for major industry conferences—with exceptional attention to detail
2. CEO & Investor Relations Support
--> Prepare the CEO for high-stakes engagements (board meetings, investor updates) by creating briefings, coordinating materials, and managing prep sessions.
--> Serve as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive experience that reflects positively on the CEO's office .
--> Assist in drafting and managing internal communications on behalf of the CEO to keep the team informed, aligned, and inspired
3. Systems & Process Optimization
--> Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and design, implement, and maintain new systems and processes to improve efficiency within the executive office and beyond.
--> Become the owner of our information management systems (e.g., GSuite, Slack, Notion), ensuring documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
--> Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO, ensuring key initiatives are tracked, deadlines are met, and cross-functional teams are aligned.
**The Profile: What You'll Bring to the Table**
--> A High-Performance Track Record: You have 4+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or a similar operational role where you have thrived in a demanding, fast-paced environment, ideally supported a founder or C-suite executive before. If you have only seen big companies and existing processes, you may struggle to adapt the ambiguity here
