We’re looking for a talented Design Assistant with a degree in Interior Design (or a related field) and 2+ years of experience. Does this sound like you? Let’s talk.

Responsibilities:

As a Design Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with space planning and layout to optimize the functionality and aesthetics of interior spaces.
• Assisting with selecting materials, fixtures, finishes, and furniture that align with the project's design concept and budget.
• Collaborating closely with senior designers and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Creating compelling design concepts and mood boards that effectively communicate design intentions to clients and stakeholders.
• Preparing presentations and design documentation with attention to detail, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
• Utilizing CAD software and 3D rendering skills to create detailed drawings and visualizations.
• Provide administrative support to senior designers, including budget documents, purchase orders, and similar project accounting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field and at least two years of experience.
• Proficiency in CAD design software, ideally BIM-based. The exact software is not important - we will provide training as needed. Strong 3D rendering skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with the willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
