An established private firm specializing in real estate and infrastructure development is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of complex facility builds. The company supports large-scale technology clients with tailored development models and long-term infrastructure solutions.
Role OverviewThe Construction Project Manager (CPM) will lead all phases of construction projects, from initial design coordination through final delivery. This individual will work closely with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multi-phase construction projects with a focus on timeline, budget, and quality.
Coordinate across internal teams, design professionals, and contractors.
Ensure all on-site safety protocols are followed in collaboration with safety personnel.
Participate in design reviews to assess constructability and budget alignment.
Manage scheduling inputs and monitor the impact of design deliverables.
Drive the RFP and bidding process for general contractors and vendors.
Collaborate on procurement and equipment delivery schedules.
Track RFIs and submittals, ensuring clear communication across project stakeholders.
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Provide regular project status updates, including cost and schedule tracking.
Review contractor billing, progress reports, and change order requests.
Travel as required (up to 30%).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction; experience with mission-critical facilities preferred.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
