Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46240 (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $16/hour (W2) | Conversion Salary: $30,000/year

Duration: 6+ Months (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Start Date: Training begins August 25, 2025

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our August 2025 class ! This is a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN , where you’ll start with in-office training and then transition to a flexible hybrid schedule (~2 days/week in the office).

Work Schedule:

We are hiring for multiple shifts (Monday–Friday):

  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Note: Shift selection is based on availability and will be fixed once assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Resolve participant inquiries in a single interaction when possible
  • Assist with website navigation and login support
  • Guide participants through health survey completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams on non-routine issues
  • Document all interactions with accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliable internet connection (hardwired; mobile hotspots like Air ATT not supported)
  • Must live within 1 hour of the Indianapolis office and be able to reliably commute ~2x/week
  • Background check and drug screening required

Important Notes:

  • All interviews will be conducted via video conference.
  • Training is 100% onsite (Aug 25 – Sept 5, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily)
  • Early release at 2 PM on Aug 29 | Office closed on Sept 1 (Labor Day)
  • Employees will remain onsite for approx. 3–4 weeks post-training to ensure performance and confidence before transitioning to hybrid schedule.
  • Office space is always available for those who prefer or need to work onsite.
