Job Description

We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to work with one of our clients. Our client is a pioneering food and beverage innovation company that acts as a bridge between the advanced world of pharmaceuticals and the daily essentials of food and drink.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates within life sciences and food & beverage sectors
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Represent our client's brand in a professional and engaging way to prospective candidates
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience recruiting in either Life Sciences or Food & Beverage is required
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
