What You’ll Do:

As the Lead Superintendent, you'll be the primary leader responsible for delivering complex, high-value projects from start to finish. You'll guide a team of Assistant Superintendents, drive the daily schedule, and ensure that every aspect of the build meets our client's high standards of safety, quality, and performance. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and developing future Superintendents within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities on vertical, ground-up projects valued at $50 Million+
• Direct and manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Maintain and drive the project schedule, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Ownership teams
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, site inspections, and all necessary A/E/C coordination meetings
• Provide hands-on training and development for Assistant Superintendents and junior staff
• Enforce all local building codes and compliance standards
• Lead site safety initiatives and work closely with safety and quality control personnel
• Interpret blueprints, perform scope reviews, and ensure top-tier workmanship

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-15+ years of field operations experience in commercial construction
• Proven success on ground-up projects valued at $50 million or more
• MEP coordination experience, particularly on advanced technology builds (e.g., data centers, distribution facilities, manufacturing) is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of building systems, codes, and sequencing for complex, high-tech structures
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindset
• Ability to lead with accountability, positivity, and professionalism
• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
