🏗️ Responsibilities:

• Draft Transaction Documents – Prepare purchase agreements, commercial leases, and loan documents for deals valued at $5M–$25M, ensuring compliance with 2025 NY real estate regulations.
• Conduct Due Diligence – Review title reports, environmental assessments, and zoning records to identify risks and facilitate seamless transaction closings.
• File Regulatory Documents – Submit transfer tax forms and land use applications, coordinating with NYC agencies to meet statutory deadlines.
• Structure Financing Agreements – Draft mortgages and term sheets, aligning terms with client objectives for property developments or acquisitions.
• Review Closing Documents – Verify deeds, settlement statements, and estoppel certificates, ensuring accuracy for multi-party deal closings.
• Prepare Lease Summaries – Create abstracts of lease terms, streamlining deal management and compliance processes.
