Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Third Party Coverage and Bad Faith Attorney for its Tampa office with a minimum of three years of third party insurance coverage and bad faith experience.
Specifically, we are looking for candidates who enjoy analytical writing and analysis, but who are also drawn toward trial advocacy. This role provides a balanced mix of research, writing, hands on litigation and client interface. Our coverage group represents insurance companies in navigating all manner of coverage questions, filing declaratory judgement actions and defending coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance. While we are looking for candidates for a variety of roles we have a particular need for individuals with an interest and experience relative to first party property and property SIU/insurance fraud investigation.
